ABB PowerValue 11T G2 UPS Warranty Overview

All ABB PowerValue 11T G2 UPS systems are provided with a two (2) year advanced replacement warranty inclusive of batteries with the purchase price.

End Users are required to register their units at MyUPS.com.au. (If UPS is not registered warranty claims may not be approved.)

Warranty is Non-transferable This warranty applies only to the original purchaser who must have properly registered the product.

Procedure for warranty claim

End User can contact MyUPS either by logging into their MyUPS portal and completing a Warranty Request via the Support tab. Phone 1300 160 870, or email support@myups.com.au.

Once all qualification questions have been completed the MyUPS Warranty Manager will assess and advise the End User of the approval, or non-approval of the claim. (Explanation will be provided for non-approval.)

After approval for warranty has been received a replacement product will be shipped to the End User (via road freight). Warranty covers the delivery of a replacement product and return shipping of the faulty product within five (5) business days. (No installation, or removal services are included in the warranty.)

Terms of Warranty

MyUPS warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. MyUPS obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing, at its sole discretion, any such defective products. This warranty does not apply to battery wear from use, equipment that has been damaged by accident, negligence or misapplication or has been altered or modified in any way. Repair or replacement of a defective product or part thereof does not extend the original warranty period. Any parts furnished under this warranty may be new or factory remanufactured.

Exclusions

MyUPS shall not be liable under the warranty if its testing and examination disclose that the alleged defect in the product does not exist or was caused by end user or any third person misuse, negligence, improper installation, or testing. Further MyUPS shall not be liable under the warranty for unauthorized attempts to repair or modify wrong or inadequate electrical voltage or connection, inappropriate on-site operation conditions, corrosive atmosphere, repair, installation, start-up by non-ABB designated personnel, a change in location or operating use, exposure to the elements, Acts of God, fire, theft, or installation contrary to ABB recommendations or specifications, or in any event if the product serial number has been altered, defaced, or removed, or any other cause beyond the range of the intended use.
